5 North Airmont Road, Airmont, NY has been fully leased to AT&T, Club Pilates & AFC Urgent Care, according to leasing agent Royal Properties Inc. The 7,500 square foot location, with access to Route 59, is directly off NYS Thruway exit 14B. This site provides traffic counts in excess of 27,000 cars per day along N. Airmont Road and 18,000 cars per day along Route 59, said Royal Properties.
AT&T signed a ten-year lease for a 2,500 square foot end cap. AT&T Communications provides mobile, broadband, video and other communications services to U.S.-based consumers and more than 3 million companies. Club Pilates signed a ten-year lease for 1,950 square feet. Club Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio specializing reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) signed a ten-year lease for a 3,100 square foot end cap. AFC Urgent Care is a nation-wide pioneer in non-emergency room urgent care.
