Rozek Replaces Nancy Lombardo, Who Is Leaving Firm

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has promoted Joan Rozek to manager of the Stony Point office. The real estate broker associate is ranked as a top producing office in North Rockland. The office currently consists of 25 agents and one administrative assistant.

“I am very honored and excited to take on this new position,” said Joan Rozek.  “The agents and staff in this office are exceptionally talented and have a great degree of synergy, which has already propelled them to lead the North Rockland market. I’m looking forward to going even further and achieving many unprecedented successes together.”

Rozek has worked for more than 28 years specializing in residential sales and new construction.  A real estate veteran for 39 years, she is in the top 1% of all REALTORS® nationwide and has received numerous awards, including the Gold Award in Recognition for Outstanding Sales Achievement and the Legends Award for her “years of perseverance, expertise and consistency for five consecutive years.”

“Joan Rozek is a notable leader at Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty and has been singled out for her expertise, high level of achievement and years of consistency,” said Matt Rand, CEO. “The Stony Point office is extremely fortunate to have Joan at the helm.”

Joan will take over for Nancy Lombardo, who is retiring as Manager of the Stony Point office, where she has served in this capacity for almost 20 years.  Nancy plans to sell real estate following her retirement.

“I am so thankful to Nancy for her incredible leadership and success,” said Marsha Rand, the firm’s founder. “Nancy was there at the start to open the doors to this office and has built it up to where it is today. She is one of our best leaders — and will be greatly missed.”
