Montefiore Nyack Hospital Opens Transitional Care Unit
Montefiore Nyack Hospital’s Transitional Care Unit (TCU) will be accepting patients at the end of April. The Transitional Care Unit provides care to patients who are transitioning from an acute hospital stay to a safe return home or to a skilled nursing facility.
