Treehouse Is A Family Affair
Treehouse Cannabis, Rockland County’s only licensed and legal cannabis dispensary, is having a grand opening celebration on August 15th.
Owner Seth Marks and family have planned a day of education, and entertainment to welcome the community to the retail storefront at 28 Route 59 in Nyack.
The official ribbon cutting ceremony is set for 10:30am.
Plans for the day include consumer education provided by industry experts, engraving of PAX vaping devices, food trucks (BBQ and Mexican cuisine), music, and a special giveaway – the first 100 customers receive a Goodie Bag as a special welcome.
Treehouse Cannabis is the first licensed recreational cannabis dispensary in Rockland County. As a family-owned and operated business, Treehouse brings a personal touch and deep-rooted commitment to the community.
Treehouse Cannabis was founded by Seth Marks, a Rockland County native with over 30 years of experience as a local business owner in Nyack. Seth, serving as the Owner and CEO, brings his extensive business acumen and passion for the community to the forefront of the operation. Seth’s wife, Nicole, serves as Chief Operating Officer, leveraging her years of corporate leadership experience to oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and administrative functions.
Ricky, Seth and Nicole’s son, brings over a decade of software engineering expertise to his position as Chief Technology Officer. Daughter, Ambyr contributes skills as a driver and budtender, and customer service to enhance the client experience.
Treehouse Cannabis offers a comprehensive range of high-quality cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vaporizers, concentrates, topicals, and tinctures.
The owners are committed to supporting local agriculture, sourcing their cannabis exclusively from New York farms, ensuring freshness and contributing to our state’s economy while adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices in the industry, they have said.
Treehouse will continue delivery service throughout Rockland County, most of Westchester, and parts of Orange County.
Consumption on the premises is not permitted, in line with local regulations and our commitment to responsible use.
Treehouse Cannabis is open seven days a week, with extended hours on weekends:
- Monday to Thursday: 11am – 9pm
- Friday to Saturday: 11am – 10pm
- Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
Delivery service operates seven days a week, matching Treehouse’s store hours.
