Listing Fees:
RCBJ Members receive two free one-month listings per year. Each property can be listed in only one category.
Beyond that the following rates apply:

Non-Member Listings:
First Listing: $25.00/month
Each Additional Listing From Same Broker Contact: $12.50/month
Adding Second Category: Additional $5.00/month for each additional category added per listing.

Primary Property Type. One Category included with each listing.
A 5.00 fee applies to add a second category. For example, Primary="Medical"; Secondary="Office"
Building or Space Square Footage or Acreage for Land
Enter either a price per square foot; price per month, and specify whether lease includes utilities and/or NNN pass-through costs. If the property is for sale, specify the asking price.
Provide as much detail as possible describing the property offered, e.g. - "Sunny Main Street Retail" or "Modern Office with Private Entrance," etc. Or, submit "Keywords" that would assist in searching for your listing, e.g. - "parking," "river view," "neighborhood shopping," "zoned DMU," etc.

RCBJ Members receive two free one-month listings. Otherwise, the charge is $25.00 for the first monthly listing, and $12.50 for each listing thereafter from the same individual broker, salesperson or principal. A second listing category is $5.00. Charges renew monthly until a listing is canceled. Credit card payments accepted.
