Nearly 1,000 angry protesters filled the four corners of Route 59 and Middletown Road in Nanuet on Saturday’s dank spring day, toting posters and placards with angry screeds over the threat to social security, education, the legal system, healthcare, women’s rights, human rights, tariffs, defunding of the federal government, weakened international relations, and democracy itself.
