Nanuet Strip Center Sells For $4 Million
Triangle Co Nanuet LLC sold the retail strip center at 261-275 South Middletown Road in Nanuet. The buyer is Nanuet Triangle LLC. The purchase price was $4 million. Financing was provided in the amount of $2.6 million by Flushing, NY’s Cathay Bank.
The multi-tenant retail property consists of 14,625 square feet and sits on 1.2 acres. The retail site sold for about $275 per square foot.
Fazhi Lu and Jin Ti Chen, members of the buyer Nanuet Triangle LLC, and are also the operators of Cho Cho San Sushi & Habachi, the anchor tenant at the site. Other tenants include Zimi’s Bagel Cafe, and other retail businesses.
Chestnut Ridge Strip Center Sells For $3.3 Million
Triboro Holdings LLC sold the strip center at 787 Chestnut Ridge Road in Chestnut Ridge to 787 Enterprises LLC for $3.3 million. According to public records, the $3.3 million price included the sale of B&B Pool & Spa, owned by Craig & Drew Bagin.
The 1.35 acres site is the home of B&B Pool & Spa, Gi’s Resto and Yoffee Coffee.
The center contains 9,600 square feet of retail space.
Triboro Holdings LLC also provided financing to the buyer in the amount of $2.27 million at an interest rate of 4.25%.
Buyer 787 Enterprises LLC is managed by Sender Gluck or Airmont, NY.
La Promenade Buys Upper Nyack Retail Site For $1.44 Million
Hartell’s Wines & Liquors LLC sold its building at 326 North Broadway in Upper Nyack to Payraudeau 95 LLC, a Nyack-based buyer for $1.44 million. Payraudeau 95 is owned by Lori Courtwright.
The building has seen several iterations at delis, food stores, liquor retail, and has also been shuttered at various times over recent years.
The commercial building sits on .10 acres and is 7,160 square feet.
Courtwright also owns La Promenade in Tenafly, NJ.
According to its website, La Promenade is a gourmet bakery and take-out food company that has been serving Bergen County and beyond for more than 35 years.
